The motivating force behind my degree in Psychology was a need to gain a greater insight into myself and those around me. This provided me with grounding in the social, biological and developmental aspects of human behaviour. Along with this, I chose to do two years of Philosophy. This, I believe, has contributed to my ability to reflect and work at a deeper level. I then went on to do a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology in Person-Centred (PC) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
